- How long do the online courses last?
- Each course runs 6–10 weeks with 3–4 hours of weekly live instruction plus self-paced modules.
- Do I receive physical flower kits?
- Yes. Every student receives a curated seasonal kit containing premium blooms and tools shipped to their door.
- What is your refund policy?
- Full refunds are available within the first 14 days if you have not accessed more than 30 % of the content.
- Are the arrangements sustainable?
- All flowers are sourced from certified farms using regenerative practices. We offset 150 % of delivery emissions.
- Can I join classes from anywhere in the world?
- Live sessions are held at 8 a.m. PST and 7 p.m. CET. Recordings are posted within two hours for on-demand viewing.
- Do you offer corporate workshops?
- Absolutely. We host 60- to 120-minute private sessions for teams of 8–45 people both onsite and virtually.
- Is prior experience required?
- Our introductory track assumes zero prior knowledge. Advanced tracks recommend at least one year of enthusiastic home arranging.
